Meet Chad Connell, the visionary behind Elite Career Solutions, LLC. With a robust background in government finance and a passion for empowering professionals, Chad founded Elite Career Solutions in January 2024 to revolutionize career development strategies. As Vice President of Government Finance at Lockheed Martin Corporation, Chad brings over a decade of experience leading transformative initiatives in acquisitions, business restructuring, and IT transformation. His journey from directing financial compliance at DynCorp International to shaping strategic decisions at Lockheed Martin reflects his deep commitment to excellence and innovation in the corporate world.
Outside his corporate achievements, Chad Connell holds a BBA in Business Management with a Minor in Economics from Tarleton State University and an MBA from Dallas Baptist University. He is a dedicated advocate for professional growth, leveraging his expertise to guide individuals at all career stages through personalized coaching, mentoring, and online courses. Chad's leadership extends beyond boardrooms to the trails where he enjoys trail running, mountain biking, and quality time with his family.
