Chad Connell founded Elite Career Solutions, LLC (ECS) after 25 years in aerospace and defense finance, including his current role as Vice President of Government Finance at Lockheed Martin Corporation. He has watched capable professionals stall at the same transitions and make the same avoidable mistakes because no one ever gave them a direct, honest playbook.
