Chad Connell founded Elite Career Solutions, LLC (ECS) after 25 years in aerospace and defense finance, including his current role as Vice President of Government Finance at Lockheed Martin Corporation. Over that time, he watched capable professionals stall at the same transitions and repeat the same avoidable mistakes. This wasn't because they lacked ability, but because no one ever handed them a direct and honest playbook.
